  • Remote Maintenance
  • Unlimited Backups Off-site (Servers Not Included)
  • New Computer Setup (Within 30 Mile Radius For Onsite)
  1. Prep - Avast, Backblaze, RMM, VPN, Username & Password, WACD Remote Software, Windows Updates, & Base Programs To Run The Computer)
  2. Onsite install - connect to network, setting up one printer)
  3. Software - (All customer software will be installed at our hourly rate)
  • (1) Hour of remote work per ticket. (A ticket is an issue)
  • A 10% discount will be given on other labor & Hardware (Includes Toner/Ink)

Tier 2 (Cost: $35/month/device)

What Is Covered:

  • New Computer Setup (Within 30 Mile Radius For Onsite)

  2. Onsite install - (connect to network, setting up one printer)
  3. Software - (All customer software will be included up to a project of 6 hours)
  • Unlimited onsite/remote time for problems (Within 30 Mile Radius For Onsite)
  • Computer Rebuild + Data Transfer *If Possible - (See point 4)
  • Tech support after hours (Limited to 1 hour)
  • Firewall Install & Renewal (Labor Cost)
  • ISP Changes (Labor Cost)
  • We will help be the CIO
  • 15% discount on other project labor & Hardware (Includes Toner/Ink) - Billed at $125/hr

  2. Onsite install - (connect to network, setting up one printer)
  3. Software - (All customer software will be included up to a project of 6 hours)

  • Hardware Costs To Replace Computers Every 4 Years
  1. WACD discretion on what is "needed" for optimal performance
  2. Laptop - $1.5k | Desktops $1.5k | Apple $2k If Applicable)
  3. If customer needs Higher End WACD will purchase however anything over the cost above will be charged to the customer.
  4. Hardware will be rolled out at 25% per year for the 4 year contract
  • New Server OS Install & Setup (If Applicable) (Labor Cost)
  • Onsite Server Backups (If Applicable)
  • Server Down (Limit 5 hours) -(If Applicable)
  1. Billed at hourly rate $125/hr afterwards
  • Emergency After Hours. No fee.
  • Server Maintenance - Windows Server or "File Server"
  • 15% discount on other project labor & Hardware (Includes Toner/Ink)- Billed at $125/hr
  • Quarterly Review of IT Needs
  • Server Hardware Included - (If Applicable)(10 computer minimum)
