Who is Warsaw Area Computer Doctors?
W.A.C.D., LLC (Warsaw Area Computer Doctors) has been serving the Warsaw, IN and surrounding areas since June 1st 2007, providing nothing but the best customer service and IT needs for your small to medium size business or residential needs. With our experienced, friendly staff there are very few things we can’t handle. The team here at W.A.C.D strives every day to provide the best quality of service to every single one of our customers. We offer new and refurbished computer systems, and any other hardware needs that carry better warranties than most, some up to 6 years.
How it all started
Start Of WACD
Started in Dennis’ Home
Moved Out To First New Location
Moved into the upstairs of a company’s building.
Moved Into Lakeland Christian Academy
Outgrew the upstairs and needed a bigger location. One of our customers agreed to let us work in the back in exchange for some more tech support!
Got Our First Store Front
Had more people bringing computers in so we got a store front! Our first walk-in customers started!
Started A Marketing Company & Needed A Bigger Location {Present}
W.A.C.D. owners started a digital marketing company to help out the community and we needed a bigger more permanent location!
Managed Services
We started by offering managed services to business & home-end customers. These were more than the standard Broke Fix or Block Pay Agreements we currently had in place.
Fully Managed Services
We moved to fully Managed services and offered this to all our current and new business customers. It was a unique year in that we worked fully from home for about four months.
Serving Customers Better
Barnabas wanted to start to overhaul how W.A.C.D. did our daily stuff to serve our growing customer base better. Planning and building started on this new endeavor. We also Launched our first Fully AYCE managed service contracts that our customers had been asking for!
Creation of New Systems
Built all our new systems and maintained our current customers. It was a crazy year with LOTS of internal changes and testings of new software and SOPs.
Launch time!
We launched our new internal systems....and we are still early in the year!
