Often I get asked the question on the phone, “How do I make my computer run faster, or stop having popups” the answer is computer rebuild. These are often caused by malware or virus’ that the user has willingly or unwillingly downloaded onto their computer. Often times we can remote in or have a computer brought it and can clean up some of the annoying toolbars and popups within an hour. But when a computer comes in that is full of these it is often easier and cheaper to have one of the technicians do a computer rebuild. This allows for the customer to get a clean factory fresh computer with their information backed up and stuck right back on the computer! This is the only true way to remove the virus’ for good! We recommend that production environment computers or heavily used computers get a rebuild every year or two in order to run smoothly. So the next time you have this happen think to yourself is it time yet for my computer to be rebuilt?
